Wandi, Pizzelle, & Pastry

Wandi is an Italian-American delicacy that has been made in our family for several generations. Stacked in a tray or layered in a bushel basket, it's the Italian version of a potato chip--you can't eat just one! Pizzelle are traditional Italian waffle cookies. Ours are thin and crisp and go beautifully with a cup of cappuccino. Our pastry is scratch made the day of your event and is simply indulgent!

Wandi tray

The half pound tray holds about twenty-five pieces; the pound about fifty. Bushel baskets full of Wandi are available in three sizes: small, medium and large.

Pizzelle

Classic Italian cookies baked in a waffle iron. We make two kinds, anise and chocolate raspberry. Great with ice cream or gelato! These can be added to your cookie or wandi tray or sold by the pound.

Sfogliatelle & Lobster Tails

What's the difference? Sfogliatelle have a baked custard filling while lobster tails are filled with a decadent ricotta cream after baking. Have one of each!

Cream puffs & Eclairs

Light as a feather and filled with our scratch-made pastry cream then dusted or ganached to perfection!

Tiramisu cups

The first to go on our pastry displays! Ladyfingers are soaked in espresso & liqueur then surrounded with sweet mascarpone. Everyone's favorite dessert!
